Using art as a stimulus for economic development, education (& youth development ) and community engagement was in full effect as we unveiled the inspirational Adinkra Tower art sculpture.

South Shore Artist Dorian Sylvain Bringing Huge Afrocentric Mural To Auburn Gresham’s 79th Street

Using “Afrocentric designs, bold colors, patterns and symbols,” Dorian Sylvain paints a 50-by-50-foot mural inspired by the community, on a bare wall at 7901 S. Racine Ave.
