A full day of *activity deep into the night at “The Hub”, Friday February 28, 2025, the last day of Black History Month. The energy in the Hub is just as it was envisioned a decade ago.

As the longtime CEO, I must say that I have the most dynamic, creative and passionate staff around. <*activity = Black Vendor Showcase, sculpture unveiling, Podcast recording, movie screening, high leverage funder meeting>

Using art as a stimulus for economic development, education (& youth development ) and community engagement was in full effect as we unveiled the inspirational Adinkra Tower art sculpture designed by St.Louis-based artist Thomas Sleet.

Thanks to community members who voted, to call the the new sculpture "The Tower of Strength and Unity".
