Fund iPADs For Barton Elementary Special Needs!

Did you know that through the community organizing work of the Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corporation, Barton Elementary local school council (LSC), and our key community and institutional partners, that Clara Barton Elementary School, was one of the few CPS schools that was taken off of the 2014 school closure list?  The save our school campaign was based on a compelling story of work being done in our local school. It included highlighting three years of the most recent student and school performance improvement data, a strong organizing voice from parents and committed classroom support from our local partners.

Our Adler School partners, Jill and Mary have created a campaign aimed at raising money to get some much needed technology resources in our Special Needs classroom (K-4) at Clara Barton Elementary! The scholars will utilize the iPads you help provide by using specialized educational programs and software catered to their needs and academic goals. All Contributions are voluntarily and at the sole discretion and risk of the Contributor.
