A big week in Economic Development for Chicago's neighborhoods!
Last week, Mayor Rahm Emanuel launched two new programs that will make significant funding available to support new and existing businesses on Chicago's South, Southwest, and West Sides. Both the Neighborhood Opportunity Fund and the Retail Thrive Zones programs offer grant funding up to $250,000 to commercial real estate projects on select neighborhood commercial corridors. To learn more about these programs and their application processes, please visit the program websites.
