Dear Chicago, I'm proud to announce the 10th Annual Black History Month Essay Competition. This scholarship will give Chicago Public Schools seniors the opportunity to win a $2,500 scholarship for their first year college tuition. While students applying must plan on attending college this fall, the application requires no minimum grade point average or ACT/SAT score.
