Oliver S. Wesctott Elementary Principal, Monique Dockery and her staff, fill the streets cheering on the JRW team, on the parade route across from their school. It was the perfect opportunity to give a shout out for for the first day of school, September 2nd, for the parents, students and families in the crowd. Thank you Oliver Westcott for all that you do for the youth in the community. Let's go for the GOLD! Have a great school year!!!
