This spring Perspectives Middle Academy (PMA) students participated in the Leukemia & Lymphoma society coin drive raising $334.80 over an 8 week period. Students brought in spare change and dollars to help children who are fighting cancer daily. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has partnered with Olive Garden to help make life easier for these amazing children stricken with this devastating disease.
Perspective Middle Academy students challenged one another by thier repsective school houses (The Whos, Norvals, Loraxs, You Gos, Hortons, Gazeats, Sam I Ams) which consist of about 30-40 students and 3-5 teachers. Each house challenged one another to see which house would ultimately bring in the most money, collected in their little gold boxes. The house that won goes by the name of “The Gazeats” collecting a whopping $75.65!!
The Gazeats earned the prize of a pasta lunch compliments of Olive Garden restaurant. We congratulate all of our students on a job well done!
