A couple of educators got together and were not satisfied with the quality of ACT test preparation available for those who did not have the big bucks that Kaplan, Princeton Review, etc, require. Therefore, they decided to draw on their experience as ACT test preparers and provide a quality yet very affordable program for students preparing to take the ACT.
