Bank of America (BofA) customers filled the Auburn Gresham branch at this official opening to be welcomed by Banking Center Manager & Officer, LaTonya Hoines and Assistant Manager, Johnny Wilbon. As the customers entered the branch, there were noticeably warm greetings and feelings illuminated by red balloons, hot coffee, fresh muffins, cookies, candy, and BofA’s signatured bottled water. One such customer entered the branch with several bags of change to be cashed in for a money order. Another elderly customer was having difficulty standing in line and was given a chair to sit until the teller was able to handle her transaction and/or inquiry. Some customers opened new accounts.
